Description | The Co-Occurring Therapist performs and provides direction for a variety of administrative, supervisory, and clinical services for Intermountain’s co-occurring services. The Co-Occurring therapist plans, reviews, and executes individual, group, and family psychotherapy, utilizing knowledge and skills from both the substance abuse and mental health, disciplines ensuring that quality care and treatment is provided. The Co-Occurring Therapist provides clinical direction, guidelines, and in-service training to ensure that the treatment provided is clinically sound and that the standards of the various licensures are being met. This position provides emergency back-up for impending or emerging psychological crisis of children. Applicant must have a Master’s degree in social work, professional counseling or psychological counseling and licensed or license-eligible by the State of Montana’s Board of Social Work Examiners and Professional Counselors. If license-eligible, it is expected that a license will be obtained at the earliest possible date. Licensed as an addiction’s counselor by the State of Montana’s Licensed Addiction Counselor’s program. Two years’ experience with latency aged children before or following completion of Master’s degree. Must possess and maintain a valid Montana driver’s license.
Salary DOE, Starting Wage: License-Eligible $35,159 and Licensed $46,000, Signing Bonus and Benefits Included. |
