Description

Intermountain has an exciting opportunity for a Community Healthcare Operations Manager.  We are recruiting for an Community Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee our Community Services.  An Community Healthcare Operations Manager is the driver of effective fiscal management, compliance, managing resources, ensuring quality services to our clients in a variety of outpatient services.  Intermountain’s community services include: outpatient therapy, psychological assessments, occupational therapy, psychiatric medication management, in-home treatment services, and case management.  Operations roles are critical in Intermountain’s ability to achieve fiscal projections and attain efficiencies. The Community Healthcare Operations Manager works with the Community Services Director to ensure program integration across disciplines that result in cultivating and sustaining optimal performance clinically and fiscally.

 

This role is directly accountable for:

  • Fiscal management
  • Reporting
  • Ensuring the efficiency of day to day operational processes
  • Regulatory compliance
  • Quality assurance
  • Risk management
  • Implementing program planning, & development
  • Project Management

 

This role works with the Community Services Director to accomplish:

  • Staff recruitment, Hiring, & Retention
  • Orientation & Staff Development
  • Strategic Planning & Management

 

Ideal candidates possess a bachelor’s degree in business or non-profit management, social sciences or closely related field.  Additionally, the role requires two years’ experience in a supervisory and/or administrative capacity that allows demonstration of administrative/managerial and organizational capabilities.  Preferred Master’s level experience and training in LEAN Methodology of Management.

 

Salary DOE:  $48,000, Fulltime, Includes Benefits.
