Description	The Case Coordinator functions as a member of the FBS Team and is responsible for the management of their case load, which is typically 8-9 children/families. Each child has a Treatment Team, within which the Case Coordinator provides leadership and guidance. This team is made up of a multitude of community stakeholders. The Case Coordinator position provides support, treatment direction and consultation to parents, and to other treatment team members or significant adults as appropriate. The Case Coordinator is responsible to facilitate team growth, understanding, healthy communication and conflict resolution. The Case Coordinator is responsible for the planning and facilitation of various Treatment Team meetings and meetings with each family. Ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor’s degree in a human services field with three years applicable experience in working with children and families, or a Master’s degree in a human services field with one year of applicable experience in working with children and families. Salary DOE: Starting Wage: $16.26-$17.25
