Description	The Human Resources (HR) Director is responsible for leading the Human Resources program, providing agency-wide leadership in all areas of an effective HR program. This role ensures compliance with accreditation and federal, state, and local employment laws, personnel policies, and agency standards. The Human Resources Director serves as internal consultant to management and employees and support strategic intent through Human Resources analyses, executing solutions in all areas of responsibility. Ideal candidate possesses a minimum of four (4) years’ managerial and supervisory experience in Human Resources, a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field, or combination of experience and education that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Certification with applicable Human Resources professional organization preferred, such as SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
