Description | The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with the Human Resources team in supporting strategic intent and meeting performance markers. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action, and employment law compliance. The HR Generalist is prepares payroll bi-weekly and maintains the organizations payroll system. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal and state employment laws, personnel policies, and agency standards that affect the legal accreditation status of Intermountain. This role also leads the employee recognition program. Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field plus two (2) years’ experience in Human Resources; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Salary DOE; Starting Wage: $15.70 per hour; Includes Benefits
