Description	The Quality Assurance Director (QAD) is responsible for ensuring organizational adherence to client Protected Health Information (PHI) and all licensing related policies and procedures. The QAD must ensure that the organization is in compliance with all federal and state licensing rules and regulations; and, is in consistent compliance with accreditation rules, as they apply to the Commission On Accreditation (COA). The QAD will oversee internal training, record audits and serve as the survey facilitator for each licensing review. The QAD is responsible for receiving, recording, and tracking of all Incident Reports within the organization, reporting facts to each appropriate committee/authority. Applicants for this position must have experience with state licensing entities and accreditation processes. Two years of Human Resource experience and/or Risk Management experience is preferred. A certification in or working towards a HIPAA/ HITECH and/or a Master’s Degree is preferred. Starting Salary DOE.
