Description	School Support staff is a position that provides a variety of professional direct care services to children and families with direction, support and training from the Residential Education team. School Support staff participates in the creation and maintenance of a therapeutic milieu according to each child’s treatment plan and agency philosophy and implements basic therapeutic interventions, developing significant relationships with all the children under the guidance of the Residential Education team and clinical direction of the Residential Therapist. The role is responsible for providing quality care and treatment to children and responds sensitively and proactively to the individual treatment needs of the children. Ideal candidate possesses two years experience and an associates or bachelor’s degree in a social science or closely‑related field. Salary DOE; Starting Wage: $12.31 – $13.05 per hour
