We Need Volunteers!

Intermountain is fortunate to have dedicated volunteers as the driving force behind its Festival of Trees. Over 500 dedicated volunteers work to help turn the Helena Civic Center into a winter wonderland.

Do you have a few hours to make a difference in a child's life? There are many great opportunities for you to volunteer in a variety of areas. Whether you want to setup the event, take tickets, or help guide people, there is definitely a place for you at the Festival of Trees!

How to Volunteer

Volunteer Areas

Set Up, Take Down: Decorate displays, construct the backdrop and general setup. Handyman skills appreciated but not necessary.

Security Floor Host: Provide security for the trees, auction items, and raffle prizes. Serve as host, answer questions, assist traffic flow. This position requires standing and walking.

Funland: Work with children on activites such as face painting, cookie decoration and story telling. This is a fun and active area.

Ticket Taker: Welcome guests, sell tickets and distribute programs. (Must be 18)

Volunteer Center: Welcome our volunteers. Sign in individuals and groups. Work in various areas when shortages occur.

Where Ever Needed: Your help is needed in many areas, let us assign you where the need is the greatest.
