Silent Auction Information How to Sign Up Designer guidelines are available for the following areas:
Deadlines The designer information form and donation form is due November 10, 2010. Please return it to the Festival of Trees Office at Intermountain, 500 S. Lamborn, Helena, MT 59601. Where to Deliver Items All entries must be delivered to the Helena Civic Center on Tuesday Nov. 30, 2009 between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. at the silent auction coordinator table upstairs. Enter through the doors on the Benton Avenue side of the Civic Center, turn left and go up the ramp inside to the balcony. Trees and Wreaths Pick-Up Dates Table top trees and wreaths wil be available for pick-up October 1 - November 3, 2010 on a first come first serve basis. They are available at the Festival of Trees Office located at 500 S. Lamborn. (Supplies are limited.) Designer Recognition A display card will be placed by each silent auction item with the designer's name and entry title. Everyone receives a certificate of participation. Festival of Trees awards ribbons for outstanding designs. Award-winning silent auction designers will be notified on Thursday, December 2nd, and recieve two complimentary tickets to the Jingle Bell Jam Dance on Saturday, December 4th at 10:00 a.m. Award ceremony is Thursday, December 2nd at 8:00 p.m. in the ballroom. ![]() |
