Complete Your Dreams Scholarship Process

Walt Disney said that, “If you can dream it, you can do it!” As CYD Scholarship Coordinator, I believe it! If you are an Intermountain alumni with dreams of going to college or a trade school and think it is not possible—it is time to change your thinking! With the academic, financial and emotional support that we provide, you can not only receive a degree or certification, but you can thrive! Working together, you and I can make your dream come true! One of strengths of the CYD Scholarship is the relationship between the scholar and the Scholarship Coordinator.  The relationship is based on the CYD process of:  Application; Review and Vetting; and Academic Achievement.

Application:  An applicant must be a graduate of an Intermountain program, have completed high school or received a GED, received acceptance to an accredited university, or technical college on either a full time or part time basis, and provide information regarding other forms of financial aid received. Scholarship recipients must re-apply each year through the application process.
Review and Vetting:  A Scholarship Review Committee will determine what applications will be accepted and discuss the academic, emotional needs and financial needs of the applicant.
Academic Achievement:  The scholarship recipient must:
-Maintain a 2.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale for duration of the scholarship
-Provide the Scholarship Coordinator with quarterly or semester class schedule
-Communicate with Scholarship Coordinator successes and difficulties
-Provide Scholarship Coordinator with official grades at the conclusion of each quarter or semestersam
-Provide the Scholarship Coordinator with quarterly or semester tuition balances, financial aid or other scholarship monies
-Reply to communication from Scholarship Coordinator
