| Description | Intermountain is currently recruiting a full time Intermountain Presidents Council Manager with a heart for children’s ministry for emotionally disturbed children. Intermountain Presidents Council Manager is an integral part of every facet of Intermountain’s development effort. As such, he/she is a critical member of Intermountain’s development team. Must have fundamental awareness of the principles of fundraising and development and the role of leadership volunteers. Needs experience in leading and coordinating activities of leadership volunteers, ideally towards the fulfillment of fundraising objectives. Very skilled in oral and written communication. Some experience in marketing is highly desired. The Intermountain Presidents Council is comprised of over sixty leadership volunteers throughout the state of Montana who serve as Ambassadors in their respective communities on behalf of Intermountain. As peers of Intermountain’s Board of Directors, they are fundamental to Intermountain’s success in securing resources for the fulfillment of our mission and vision. The Intermountain Presidents Council Manager is the chief interface between the Intermountain Presidents Council and Intermountain’s CEO, Development Team, other staff, Board, and volunteers. It is the Manager’s role to lead, manage, coordinate, and choreograph the activities of the IPC towards fulfillment of specific goals and objectives related to friend and fundraising. Salary DOE. |
