Scholarship Application and Award Process

Our Student Scholarship Organization is committed to transparency, fairness, and parental choice. The following describes our scholarship application and award process in accordance with Montana SB 253.

Application Process:
Parents or legal guardians may apply for a scholarship by completing the Scholarship Application and submitting all required documentation. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. Required information may include proof of Montana residency, student grade level, educational needs, and parent or guardian contact information.

Review Process:
Applications are reviewed by the Scholarship Review Committee to confirm eligibility and completeness. Scholarship decisions are made without regard to the parent’s or guardian’s choice of qualified education provider.

Award Notification and Disbursement:
Applicants are notified of award decisions at the time of Award.  Scholarship funds are distributed directly to the qualified education provider selected by the parent or legal guardian.

Parental Choice Statement

Scholarships from this student scholarship organization may be used at any qualified education provider of the parent’s or legal guardian’s choice.
