Intermountain is a non-profit agency that has been impacting the lives of children and families for over 100 years and we are currently looking for a Donation Coordinator for our Residential Facility in Helena.

The Campus In-Kind Donations Coordinator (CIKDC) is responsible for the coordination and organization material donations primarily for the Residential program, and may include other Intermountain Programs as needed. In this capacity, the manager oversees the donation of material gifts and the operation of the Treasure Chest (donations storage room) The CIKDC receives, inventories, stores, rotates and discards donated clothing and other items and maintains a current inventory of appropriate items needed. The CIKDC is responsible to interface with residential staff, keeping them abreast of clothing and other items on hand, and soliciting needs in the areas of cottage furnishings, recreation equipment, clothing, toys and other furnishings.

Additionally, the CIKDC works closely with Resource Development staff to coordinate, accept, store, sort and distribute donations to all programs.

High School Diploma required. Experience with working under HIPPA and HiTech laws and restrictions in order to maintain confidentiality of the donor and of the children to whom the donations are given. Experience with Intermountain services is preferred.

Position is 1/4 Time and Intermittent.  Salary: $10.00 per hour
